The People Behind IRG
Matthew Burlage
Three decades advising Asia's corporations, financial institutions and family offices. Formerly Head of Industry Groups at Lehman Brothers Hong Kong, where he built Asia's first TMTI investment banking group and was ranked Number One in ex-Japan Corporate Asia by Institutional Investor. MBA, Harvard; BA, Yale.
Juliette Chow
Leads IRG's Strategic and Financial Advisory business, overseeing the firm's proprietary capital. Two decades as an investment banker and venture capitalist, including heading Lehman Brothers Asia's Internet, Media and Telecommunications research team. BSc, UC Berkeley.
Clarence Lam
Leads IRG's real estate advisory and investment activity for Asia-based institutional and private capital. Nearly three decades across the US, UK, Hong Kong and mainland China, including a decade as Head of International Properties for Nan Fung, with full P&L responsibility for a US$2.5 billion international portfolio. Terence Cuaso
More than two decades building institutional real estate platforms across the US, China and Asia-Pacific, creating more than $4 billion in value through acquisitions, development and portfolio management — including at Nan Fung, where he helped establish a US life-sciences platform.
